LASAGNA 
1 pkg. lasagna noodles
1 lb. chopped chicken or ground beef
1 lb. cottage cheese
8 oz. Mozzarella cheese, sliced
32 oz. jar spaghetti sauce
1/2 c. grated cheese (Parmesan)

Cook noodles in boiling, salted water for 25 minutes or until tender, stirring frequently. Drain. Arrange in shallow 3 quart baking dish. Alternate layers of cooked noodles, meat, cottage cheese, Mozzarella, spaghetti sauce and grated cheese. Bake in preheated oven at 325 degrees for approximately 1 hour. Serves 6-8 people.
