ONE - STEP LASAGNE 
1 lb. ground beef
32 oz. jar spaghetti sauce
3/4 c. water
1 tsp. basil leaves
1 tsp. oregano leaves
12 oz. carton creamed cottage cheese
1 egg, beaten
9 pieces lasagna, uncooked
12 oz. sliced Mozzarella cheese or 3 c. shredded
1/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese

Heat oven to 350 degrees. In large skillet, brown ground beef; drain. Stir in spaghetti sauce, water, basil and oregano. Simmer 5 to 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.

In small bowl, combine cottage cheese and egg. In ungreased 13 x 9 inch pan, layer 1/3 noodles, 1/3 meat sauce and 1/3 cottage cheese mixture and 1/3 of Mozzarella cheese; repeat layers ending with Mozzarella on top. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Cover with foil. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Remove foil. Bake an additional 25 to 30 minutes. Cool 10 to 15 minutes.
