ONE - STEP LASAGNE 
1 1/2 c. water
1 (32 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce
1 lb. lasagne noodles
1 pt. cottage cheese
8 oz. Mozzarella cheese, thinly sliced
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese

Combine the water with the spaghetti sauce in a bowl. Cover bottom of 9x16 baking dish with 1 1/2 cups sauce.

Arrange a layer of uncooked noodles, slightly overlapping, on top of sauce. Spread half of the cottage cheese and half the Mozzarella cheese over noodles. Sprinkle with 2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese. Add another layer of sauce. Repeat with another layer of noodles, remaining cottage cheese, Mozzarella and 2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese.

Top with layer of noodles. Pour remaining sauce over, spreading evenly to cover edges of noodles. Sprinkle with remaining 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese. Cover tightly with heavy-duty foil.

Bake in 350 degree oven for about 1 hour or until knife goes easily through pasta. Let stand, covered, on rack for 10 minutes to firm sauce. Serves 8-10 persons.
