CHEESE - MUSHROOM POTATOES | |
6 - 8 potatoes, preboiled in jackets until cooked 1 lb. Velveeta cheese 1 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced 1 med. onion, chopped 2 eggs Milk Saute onion and mushrooms in butter. In a large, greased casserole layer sliced potatoes, sliced cheese, mushrooms and onions. Alternate layers and finish with potatoes on top. Beat eggs with a small amount of milk and pour over potatoes. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 45 minutes until egg solution is set. |
