JP'S BOURBON PECAN BASTING SAUCE 
1/2 c. butter
1/4 c. finely chopped pecans
1/2 c. bourbon
2 tsp. honey

Melt butter over low heat. Put pecans and bourbon in blender. Blend and combine with honey and butter. Heat on low flame.

Use for turkey or chicken or cutlets. Season poultry with sauce and baste every 20 minutes.
