POWER PACKED PUDDING 
This is a high protein (~20-35g), moderate fat (~15-23g) and low carb (~10-20) meal for night-time or a healthy meal replacement.

1 scoop protein powder (use scoop in container)
2 tbsp. natural peanut butter
Almond-milk*

Mix 2 tablespoons natural peanut butter in a bowl with one scoop of your favorite protein powder. Mix in enough milk to make it into a thick pudding like consistency (you will not need much). Put in freezer for 5 to 10 minutes, then enjoy!

Note: Almond-milk is preferred over regular milk as the amount you will use for this will yield almost no additional carbs.

OPTIONAL ADD-INS:

Feel free to add the following depending on your goals:

 • cinnamon (to taste)
 • fruit of any kind
 • dark chocolate
