6 to 8 slices bacon
4 to 5 medium potatoes, cubed
1/2 c. green onions
salt and pepper to taste

Fry bacon and remove from pan. In bacon grease, fry potatoes and onions until tender. Dice bacon and add to potatoes. Add salt and pepper to taste.
