COWBOY POTATOES 
6 slices bacon
8 baked potatoes, cubed
1/2 c. green pepper, chopped
1/2 c. chopped onion

Fry bacon; drain on paper towels. In bacon grease, fry potatoes, onion and green pepper until tender. Dice bacon and add to mixture. Add seasoned salt and pepper to taste. Yield: 8-10 servings.
