2 lbs. carrots, pared & cut in chunks
1/4 c. honey
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 stick butter

Boil carrots until done. Drain 3/4 of juice off and add honey, brown sugar and butter to remaining liquid. Heat slowly, stirring until glazed.
