2 lbs. carrots, pared and cut in chunks 1/4 c. honey 1/2 c. brown sugar 3/4 stick butter Boil carrots until done. Drain 3/4 of the juice off. Add honey, brown sugar, and butter to the remaining liquid in the pan. Cook over low heat, stirring until glazed. |
