1 (7 oz.) pound cake mix 1/2 c. butter 4 eggs 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese 1/2 tsp. vanilla 2 1/2 c. powdered sugar 1 c. chopped pecans Mix pound cake, butter and 2 eggs for 1 minute. Spread into 9 x 13 inch pan. Beat cream cheese until fluffy. Add 2 eggs and vanilla. Add 2 1/4 cups powdered sugar. Spread in pan. Sprinkle nuts on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-45 minutes. Cool 1/2 hour. Sprinkle rest of powdered sugar on top. |
