SWISS STEAK 
1 lg. round steak
Oil
1 tbsp. paprika
Dash of pepper
1 env. Lipton dry onion soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 1/2 c. flour
1/2 tbsp. garlic salt or powder
1 tbsp. parsley
1 c. water
1 lg. onion, chopped

Into paper bag, put flour, garlic, parsley, pepper, and paprika. Cut meat 1 1/2 inch cubes. Put into paper bag and shake. Brown meat in frying pan. As meat browns put into baking pan. When all meat is brown put 1 cup of hot water into frying pan and Lipton onion soup. Let simmer a few minutes. Pour over meat. More water to cover meat. Add chopped onion, cook in oven 325 degrees about 3 1/2 hours, uncovered. The last 45 minutes add mushroom soup. As meat is cooking stir a few times. Add a little water if too thick.
