HASH BROWN POTATO BAKE 
2 lb. frozen hash browns
1/2 pt. sour cream
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 chopped green pepper
1/2 c. chopped onion
2 c. shredded cheese
No salt
Pepper to taste

Blend onion, sour cream and pepper in blender. Mix all ingredients and top with crushed corn flakes or buttered bread crumbs. Can be mixed together a day ahead and refrigerated. Bake in 350 degree oven for 40 minutes if hash browns are thawed; an hour if frozen.
