EASTERN FRIED CHICKEN 
1 fryer, cut up
2 c. oil
2 c. buttermilk
1/2 c. orange juice
2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. self-rising flour

Heat oil in 450 degrees in skillet. Mix buttermilk, orange juice and salt in bowl. Dip chicken into liquid. Roll in flour. Fry until golden brown, turning as necessary.
