BUTTERSCOTCH DELIGHT 
2 (3 oz.) boxes instant butterscotch pudding
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 c. flour
1 stick butter
1/2 c. nuts
1 c. powdered sugar
1 lg. container Cool Whip (13 oz. size)

Mix flour, butter and nuts and press into bottom of a 9x13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees and cool. Cream cheese and powdered sugar. Add 1/2 container of Cool Whip. Layer the cheese mixture, pudding and top with Cool Whip. Add nuts on top.
