PROVENCIAL CHICKEN WITH NOODLES 
1 fryer chicken
1 clove garlic, crushed
Olive oil
1/4 to 1/2 tsp. salt & pepper
1 med. sliced onion
1 can tomatoes
1/4 to 1/2 c. dry sherry
Egg noodles

Brown chicken in hot olive oil. Add onion, garlic, salt and pepper. Cover and simmer for 15 minutes. Add tomatoes and wine, cover and simmer 15 minutes more. Serve over hot noodles.
