CUP COOKIES 
3 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cream of tartar
1 tsp. salt
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. white sugar
1 c. butter
1 c. oil
1 tsp. vanilla
1 egg
1 c. coconut
1 c. oats
1 c. rice crispies
1 c. walnuts

Sift dry ingredients. Combine oil, sugars, butter, vanilla and egg. Add coconut, oats, rice crispies, and walnuts. Bake in mounds at 350 degrees for 8 minutes.
