ICE CREAM CAKE 
1 c. oatmeal
1 1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 sm. pkg. chopped pecans
1/2 c. melted butter
1/2 gal. vanilla ice cream
Butterscotch or caramel topping

Mix above. Spread on cookie sheet, bake 375 degrees for approximately 10 to 15 minutes (Watch closely or it will burn).

Spread 1/2 of cooked topping in bottom of springform pan, drizzle with caramel or butterscotch topping. Spoon 1/2 gallon softened ice cream into pan over topping. Spread remaining of topping over ice cream. Drizzle with more caramel or butterscotch topping. Freeze to several hours.
