WILD RICE AND TURKEY CASSEROLE 
In 2 quart casserole dish combine 2 cups cubed cooked turkey with 1 package UNCLE BEN'S® long grain and wild rice.

Stir in: 1 soup can of water 1 can (4 or 8 oz., depending on taste) drained mushrooms

Cover tightly and microwave on High for 10-12 minutes (until rice is tender). Let stand covered for 10 minutes before serving. I used cranberry sauce as garnish.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
