WILD RICE/TURKEY CASSEROLE 
1 96 oz.) UNCLE BEN'S® long grain and wild rice (original)
1 (8 oz.) can mushrooms
1/4 c. chopped onions
1/2 c. chopped celery
3 c. diced, cooked turkey
1/2 c. milk

Cook rice according to package directions. Saute onions and celery in 6 tablespoons butter. Combine all ingredients and place in buttered casserole. Bake 1 1/2 hours or less at 350 degrees. Serves 6 to 8. This is a tasty way to use leftover holiday turkey.
