BROCCOLI-PEA CASSEROLE | |
2 pkgs. frozen chopped broccoli 1 (17 oz.) can green peas, drained 1 can mushroom soup 1 c. mayonnaise 1 tsp. salt 1 tsp. pepper 1 c. shredded sharp cheese 1 med. onion, chopped 2 eggs, beaten 1/2 c. crushed crackers Cook broccoli; drain well. Arrange in greased 2 quart casserole. Mix together soup, mayonnaise, seasonings, cheese, onion and eggs. Pour half over broccoli; cover with peas and then add remaining soup mixture. Sprinkle cracker crumbs on top. Bake in 350 degree oven for 30 minutes. |
