WILD RICE SALAD 
1 box Uncle Bens long cooking wild rice, prepared
1 can sliced water chestnuts
1/2 c. ripe olives, sliced
1/2 c. green pepper
1/2 c. carrots
1/2 c. celery
1/2 c. broccoli
1/2 c. cauliflower
1/2 c. Ranch Italian dressing

Prepare rice and cool. Chop all vegetables in small pieces. Toss all ingredients together and chill.
