CHEESE BACON CRESCENT SQUARES 
8 oz. refrigerated quick dinner rolls
3/4 c. shredded Swiss cheese
3/4 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
1 egg, beaten
1/4 c. chopped onion
3/4 c. milk
1/2 c. sliced green olives
1/2 c. sliced fresh mushrooms
6 slices bacon, fried, drained & crumbled
1 tbsp. minced parsley

Heat oven to 375 degrees. Separate crescent dough into 2 rectangles. Place into ungreased 9"x13" pan and press over bottom and 1/2" up sides to form crust, sealing perforations. Sprinkle cheeses over dough. Combine egg, onion, milk, olives and mushrooms. Pour over cheese. Sprinkle with bacon and parsley. Bake at 375 degrees for 22 to 28 minutes or until crust is deep golden brown and filling is set. Cool 5 minutes and cut into squares.
