OLIVE NUT SPREAD 
6 oz. cream cheese
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. chopped pecans
1 c. chopped salad olives
2 tsp. olive juice
Dash pepper

Mash softened cream cheese with fork and add mayonnaise. Add pecans and olives, juice and pepper. Stir well and refrigerate 24 hours before use. Keeps 2 weeks in refrigerator.

Suggestion: Excellent spread for party finger sandwiches.
