COOL AND EASY PIE 
2/3 c. boiling water
1 pkg. gelatin (any flavor)
1/2 c. juice (any flavor)
ice cubes
1 (8 oz.) tub Cool Whip, thawed
1 prepared graham cracker crust

Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Mix cold ice and juice to make 1 cup. Stir until chilled and remove extra ice. Stir in whipped topping with whisk; refrigerate until thick, 10 to 15 minutes. Spoon into crust and serve when ready.

Serves 6.
