COOL 'N EASY LEMON CHIFFON PIE | |
1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand milk 1/3 c. lemon juice Few drops yellow food coloring 1 graham cracker crust 3 egg whites 1/4 tsp. cream of tartar In bowl combine milk, lemon juice, and food coloring; mix well. In a small bowl beat egg whites with cream of tartar until stiff but not dry, gently fold into sweetened milk mixture. Pour into crust. Chill for 3 hours or until set. Garnish as desired. |
