EASY PRALINES | |
1 c. white sugar 1/2 c. brown sugar 1 box butterscotch pudding (not instant) 1 tbsp. butter 1 1/2 c. broken pecans 1/2 c. Pet milk Mix in saucepan everything except pecans. Cook and stir over low heat until sugar is dissolved then add pecans and boil slowly until mixture forms soft ball when dropped in cold water. Remove from heat and beat until mixture begins to thicken, drop quickly from spoon (large or small depending on how big you want them) to form patties. Use foil or wax paper; let stand until firm. Will make 15 large or 25-30 smaller pralines. |
