BREAKFAST CASSEROLE 
4 slices buttered and toasted bread, cubed
1/2 lb. pork sausage
1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed
1 c. milk
4 eggs

Brown sausage; drain. Set aside to cool 10 minutes. Stir together sausage, Velveeta cheese and bread cubes. Place in 1 3/4 quart Tupperware casserole. Beat eggs and milk. Pour over sausage mixture. Refrigerate overnight. Microwave on 70% power for 20 minutes until center is set. Let stand 5 minutes before serving. 6 servings.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
