POOR MAN'S STEAK 
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. cracker crumbs
1/2 pkg. onion soup mix
1 can cream of mushroom soup

COATING FOR MEAT:

Flour
Salt and pepper

Mix all but soup together and pat into shallow pan. Cover and let stand overnight in refrigerator.

When ready to cook, cut into odd sized pieces; flour, salt and pepper each piece, brown in skillet. Pour mushroom soup over meat and bake at 350 degrees until meat is done.
