ZUCCHINI BOATS 
4 zucchini
1/4 lb. sausage
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. cracker crumbs
1 beaten egg
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp. MSG
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. thyme
Dash pepper

Cook whole zucchini in boiling salted water until barely tender, 7-10 minutes. Cut in half lengthwise, scoop squash from shells and mash. Cook sausage with onion; drain off excess fat. Stir in mashed squash. Reserving 2 tablespoons Parmesan add remaining ingredients. Mix well; spoon into shells. Place shells in a shallow pan; sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes. Makes 4 servings.
