SKILLET CHICKEN PARMESAN 
2 whole chicken breasts (about 1 lb. each), split, skinned, boned and pounded
4 thin slices cooked ham
1/4 c. butter
1 1/2 c. water
1 pkg. Lipton deluxe noodles, sauce
Parmesan
1 c. sliced mushrooms
1/2 c. milk

Top each chicken breast with slice of ham. Roll up and secure with wooden toothpicks. In medium skillet, melt butter and brown chicken. Add water and simmer covered 20 minutes or until chicken is tender.

Remove chicken and keep warm. Bring water to a boil; stir in remaining ingredients. Continue boiling over medium heat, stirring occasionally 9 minutes or until noodles are tender. To serve, arrange chicken over noodles and sauce. Makes 4 servings.
