ONION RELISH 
1 lg. onion, thinly sliced
2 tbsp. water
2 tsp. salad oil
2 tsp. red wine vinegar
2 tsp. prepared horseradish

Combine in a 10 - 12 inch frying pan over medium heat. Stir often until onion is golden and liquid has evaporated, about 15 minutes. Makes 1 cup.
