CHOCOLATE LUSH DESSERT

1 c. flour
1 stick butter
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Mix an depress in 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake 15 to 20 minutes at 350 degrees.

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar
1 c. Cool Whip

Mix and press on cooled crust.

2 pkgs. instant chocolate pudding
3 c. milk

Mix and pour over cheese mixture. Top with Cool Whip and nuts. Refrigerate.
