PORK CHOP SURPRISE 
3 c. fluffy rice (1 c. uncooked)
1 can cream of celery soup, condensed
6 lg. center pork chops
Salt & pepper to taste

Boil rice as usual. Fry chops in heavy skillet. Simmer 15 minutes. Place fluffy rice in a buttered casserole. Put chops on top of rice and pour soup over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
