STUFFED CLAMS 
4 tbsp. butter
1/2 green pepper, minced
2 stalks celery, minced
2 dashes Tabasco sauce
1/4 to 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Dash of salt and pepper
3/4 c. finely crushed saltines
1/4 c. white wine
1 can minced clams, drained

Saute green pepper and celery in butter for 5 minutes. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Place mixture in baking shells. Top each shell with few drops of melted butter and bake on cookie sheet for 15-20 minutes in 350 degree oven. (If not served immediately, cover with foil or they will be dry.)
