CLAM BALLS 
1 1/2 c. dry seasoned stuffing mix
1 (10 oz.) can minced clams
2 tsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. dried Italian seasoning (Good Seasons)
1/2 lb. bacon

Mix lemon juice and clams, including broth in a large bowl. Add remaining ingredients until moist. Roll into bite size balls, wrap with bacon slice and secure with toothpick. Place on cookie sheet and bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
