TACO SALAD | |
1 lb. hamburger 1 head lettuce, shredded 3 tomatoes, diced 1 bunch scallions, diced 2 green peppers, diced 1/2 lb. sharp cheddar cheese, shredded 1 bag Doritos tortilla chips, crushed 2 env. Good Seasons zesty Italian 1 pkg. El Paso taco season mix Brown hamburger, drain and rinse. Put back in pan with taco season and 1/2 cup water. Cook and stir 5 minutes until thick. Refrigerate until cold. Toss together all ingredients except dressing. Make dressing according to envelope instructions and pour on salad just before serving. |
