1 c. sour cream (diet King Sour)
2/3 c. Hellmann's mayonnaise (no cholesterol)
1 tbsp. dill weed
1 tbsp. minced onion
Parsley
1/2 tsp. salt

Mix all together and make ahead of time. Great for vegetables!
