BAKED ASPARAGUS 
1 lb. asparagus (or 2 pkg. frozen tips)
1 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. mayonnaise (lite)
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/8 tsp. dry mustard
Juice of 1/2 lemon
1/2 c. buttered bread crumbs

Cook asparagus until tender. Drain and place in greased casserole dish. Melt butter. Blend in mayonnaise, seasonings, and lemon juice. Pour over asparagus. Sprinkle bread crumbs over top. Then sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake uncovered at 375 degrees for 20-30 minutes. May be prepared ahead. Yield: 4 servings.
