ORIENTAL GREEN BEANS & PORK 
1 c. pork slices
3 tbsp. soy sauce
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. sesame seeds
1 med. onion
2 pkg. French-style green beans, thawed
Bacon fat

Melt 1 tablespoon bacon fat in skillet over medium heat. Add pork cut in strips 2 inches long by 1/4 inch thick. Cook until pork is white. Add garlic powder, soy sauce and seeds. Cut onion in half across diameter. Place cut side down and slice in 1/4 inch slices. Add onion to pork and cook for 10 minutes, stirring often. Add drained beans, cook and stir 10 minutes. Medium heat should be used throughout cooking. Add no extra liquid.
