NAPA VALLEY CHICKEN (BBQ SAUCE) 
SAUCE:

1 c. ketchup
1/2 c. sherry (opt.)
1/3 c. water
2 tsp. lemon juice
1 med. onion, chopped
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tsp. butter
1 tbsp. brown sugar

Bring all ingredients to a boil. Pour over a chicken. May brown chicken first (bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour 15 minutes in a covered pan). If raw, increase baking time 2 to 2 1/2 hours.
