1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. water
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 clove garlic, minced
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 tsp. chili powder

Brown ground beef slowly but thoroughly breaking fine with fork.

Add other ingredients and simmer slowly for 10 minutes. Makes enough for 12 hot dogs.
