PEPPER SAUCE NO. 1 | |
Wash small cherry or chili peppers (red and green), prick with a needle. Pack into bottles. Cover with good vinegar and cork. Sauce will be ready for use within a few days. As the sauce is used, more vinegar may be added to the peppers. |
