MARINADE 
1 med. onion, quartered
5 or 6 cloves garlic, peeled
1 c. white wine vinegar
1 c. vegetable oil
1 c. sugar
1/4 c. salt
1 1/2 tbsp. dry mustard
1 tbsp. cayenne pepper
1 rib celery & leaves

Mix in blender. Keeps well in jar in refrigerator. Very good for chicken breasts.
