KIM'S MARINADE
1/2 c. water
1/3 c. soy sauce
1/3 c. cooking oil
1/4 c. Worcestershire
1/4 c. white wine
2 tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tbsp. vinegar
1 1/2 tsp. ginger
1 tsp. thyme
1 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. Accent (MSG meat tenderizer)
2 cloves garlic, smashed
1 slice onion, diced

Use any cut of beef or pork and slice into 1-inch thick slices. Mix all ingredients in saucepan over low heat until sugar is dissolved. Pour into 9x13 inch cake pan and lay strips of meat in the mixture. Let set overnight in the refrigerator. (You may want to turn the meat at some time during the process.) If more liquid is needed, double first 5 ingredients. Grill or broil, then enjoy! Refrigerate remaining marinade.
