3/4 c. oil
2 green onions, chopped
1/4 c. soy sauce
1/4 c. dry white wine
2 tbsp. wine vinegar
3 tbsp. honey
1 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1 1/2 tsp. ground ginger

Marinate steak several hours. Grill 5 minutes each side. Slice diagonally.
