HOT PEPPER JELLY 
2 boxes Certo
5 lbs. sugar
3 c. vinegar
5 big bell peppers, seeded
16 jalapeno peppers, unseeded and uncut

Use less jalapeno peppers for milder jelly. 16 is real hot.

Put peppers in blender with 1/3 cup water. Bring sugar, vinegar and blended peppers to a full boil and boil hard for 4 minutes. Skim off top or run through sieve. (I use sieve.) Add green or red food coloring and 2 boxes with 2 packs in each box of Certo. Bring back to a boil for 2 minutes.
