MINT-FUDGE PIE 
9-inch graham cracker crust
1 qt. mint chocolate chip ice cream
1/2 c. fudge topping
Chocolate curls

Prepare or put crust aside. Place ice cream in pan, uncovered on low heat until just soft.

Spread topping in prepared crust. Spoon ice cream into crust. Freeze at least 2 hours, or until firm. Garnish with chocolate curls.
