1 egg white, unbeaten
3/4 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 c. boiling water
1/2 pkg. coconut

Mix egg white, sugar, cream of tartar. Add vanilla, in a small deep bowl add boiling water. Beat until fluffy. Sprinkle with coconut.
