2 pkg. Philly cream cheese
4 oz. sour cream
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
3/4 c. sugar

Cream Philly cream cheese first. Blend sour cream, eggs, sugar and vanilla. Pour into premade graham crackers crust. Bake 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Turn off oven to allow to bake additional 35 minutes. Cool, then add strawberries or cherries.

Variation: Add Hershey Syrup to make chocolate cheese cake.
